1. Are the products customizable? Can you add the sleeves or make any blouse sleeveless? Also can you increase the length, waist etc. of Lehngas?
   
   We can make this plus any other changes to the outfits as per your requirements. You can mention the same while placing the order. The saris however are not customizable.

2. Would I have to pay any tax or cutom duty on my order?
   
   If there is any custom duty, VAT, GST, PST or any other Custom duty rule it has to be paid by the purchaser as per the custom law of his respective destination. Generally duties are payable in Canada (GST), UK (VAT), U.S.A., Australia and the European countries.

3. How am I charged if I make the payment by credit card?
   
   We make the charges in Rupees it is converted to the currency of your nation by your credit card company at the prevailing Intra-Bank rates.

4. Can I make the payment in any currency besides Rupee and Dollar and what will be the rate of exchange?
   
   You can make the payment in Rupees or US $ only as one of these is the local currency and the other most commonly used universal currency. For the exchange rate you can check with your local bank or with us what is the prevailing rate as the rate keeps on fluctuating.

5. Can my relatives make the payment in India in Indian rupees?
   
   All our prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees any one from India or abroad can make the payment in Rupees. So your relatives can make the payment locally and we will send the item to you.

6. Do you accept personal cheques?
   
   We accept the payment by credit card/ International money order or Bank Draft or T.T. as the personal cheques takes about 4 to 6 weeks to clear. For details kindly check the payment section.
    

7. How do I know the fittings are up-to my measurement?
   
   You can send in he details like shoulder, waist and other important dimensions to us while order and we will customize the fitting for you. We would always send you a standard sized proper fitting garment, as the alteration may be expensive in your country.

8. Do you make a custom made size supposing I am very fat or very thin. Can I get the clothes made in my size?
   
   We can make the clothes any size as per the measurement provided by you only thing is for very large size we charge extra. Once you provide us the measurement we will let you know what will be the extra charges.

9. What will be the courier charges?
   
   Courier charges vary from destination to destination. For more information kindly check our courier rate card.

10. Can you make delivery at any destination?
    
    We can send the catalogue or any other item all around the world. To check the destinations kindly check our courier rate card.

11. Do you have a catalogue? Is your Catalogue free? If not what are the charges and how do I order for the same?
    
    We are creating an exhaustive catalogue, which would double up as a guide to the Indian tradition of wedding for you and we would be charge Rs.1250 this includes the courier charges for delivering this catalogues to your doorstep. You can make the payment online and the delivery of the catalogue would be made to you in a matter of 3-5 days.
