Please take exact body measurement. Then add 2 inches margin in it to arrive to your correct garment size.
Say for example your Chest/Bust size is 20. Add 2 inches & your garment size will be Size 22. If its 21, add 2 inches which makes it 23. You should take next size which is Size 24. This gives garment good fit.
