What payment methods do you accept?

For International payments, we have 2 payment gateways - PayPal and Emerchantpay. They accept all major credit and debit cards.

For India orders, we have Paytm and PayU Money gateways as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Gateways offer Net Banking, Credit card, Debit card and UPI payments.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING in United States Of America for cart value of more than US$ 89.00 or equivalent value in other currencies. If Order value is below that, than shipping cost will be US$ 15.00 (or equivalent value in other currencies).

When will I receive my order?

Products is delivered as per the TDD mentioned on the website. We ship all products of an order together. So, if multiple products are ordered than last TDD out of all, is followed as delivery time for the order.

Do you have a Rush order facility?

We can make orders on RUSH i.e deliver a product(s) before tentative delivery date. For this, client needs to email at [email protected] the product code and date by when the delivery is needed. A sales team member will then check stock and update within 1 business day by email. Once we confirm the delivery timeline, than you (customer) can place an order. Once the order is placed, you need to again email order number to [email protected] so that we can appoint a customer support person to overlook your order and than it will be taken care of. NO RUSH FEE is charged. Every effort is put in to meet the delivery timeline. If there is unforeseen event / unplanned holidays or a delay happens, same is conveyed to customer well in time.
